This is a well-known salutation with which pilgrims and guests were welcomed at monasteries in the past. We can't think of any better reason to make music!

Linda Marianiello at Camino_de_Santiago   Cathedral at Camino de Santiago

Dear Friends of NMPAS,

We hope that your summer is going along beautifully. Mine took me on the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain. The photos you see here were taken upon arriving at the Cathedral after walking the final 120 kilometers on foot from Sarría to Santiago de Compostela. This was no small feat, because Galicia has very mountainous terrain.

Walking the Camino was a life-affirming, life-changing journey that I will be sharing with you on the upcoming NMPAS blog, to be launched in September.

Please watch here for the Schedule and Details for our 2016-2017 Season. There are some wonderful concerts coming up again this year! —Linda Marianiello, President, NMPAS
